Delete your account

What will be deleted

• Your username and nickname — replaced with "Deleted Account"
• Google account link — your Google ID is unlinked from PlacePix
• All active sessions — you'll be signed out everywhere
• Profile picture — removed from our servers
• Account role and charges — reset

What will be kept

• Painted pixels — the colors you placed on the shared canvas remain as anonymous contributions to the public artwork
• Moderation records — if applicable, retained for community-safety audit trails

How to delete your account

If your account is linked to Google, sign in below with that Google account and confirm by typing your nickname. This action cannot be undone.

If your account is linked to Apple Sign-in (iOS), please open the PlacePix app on your iPhone or iPad and use Account → Delete Account. The app provides the same deletion flow with Apple ID confirmation.

Alternative: delete from inside the app

You can also delete your account directly from the PlacePix mobile app on iOS or Android: open Account → Delete Account and follow the on-screen confirmation.

Need help?

If you can no longer access the Google or Apple account linked to your PlacePix profile, email privacy@placepix.app with your PlacePix nickname and we'll process the deletion manually.
